Color your Home Day 3

Today is day 3 on the Color Your Home blog.  I have chosen a color that will make any buyer want to buy your home.  It is a color that will go in any room and is recommended by other real estate agents too.  It was quoted in my office " go buy yourself 2 gallons of this color and call me when you are done".  It works and its a great color for the eye. Painting your home for the market is something that is very affordable and will bring you a huge return on investment.  Happy Painting!

Color your Home Day 2

Today is day 2 on the Color Your Home blog.  I have chosen a color that makes a space very serene and appealing to buyers.  It will go in any room but I would recommend that you use it in a kitchen or dining area.  I have also added a coordinating fabric that you could use for inspiration on chairs, window treatments, table linens or just a coordinating piece in the kitchen.  Enjoy

Downtown Raleigh Home Tour May 21

Everyone who has ever wanted to view downtown Raleigh and some of the unique homes that are in the down town area should check out this even on May 21. Tickets have gone on sale now and its expected to have a huge success. Its a great way to see some of the historic homes as well as the urban areas of downtown. The RBC condos will be on tour which is a very unique building and a must see for downtown. Hope to see you all there! Happy Wednesday

They will be giving away $1,000 in closing costs to some lucky home buyers. Spend the day touring the city and seeing what areas in the downtown area you would like to live.
